Notes: Austin, Texas based Collings guitars don't need much bragging. They're just some of the best flat tops on the planet. The OM-2 model is the popular 000 body size with the 14 fret neck and a generous 1 3/4" nut for finger or pick style play.

This gleaming guitar is fitted with an X-braced soundboard of fine grained quartersawn Sitka spruce, and is built with the easy, nimble 24 3/4" scale, in the style of the Martin 000 series. With a solid rosewood body, and solid ebony fingerboard and bridge, the guitar is graced with elegant triple body binding, a prewar small tortoise guard, and a lustrous curly maple headplate.

The voice is clear, open and resonant, ideal for either finger or pick style play. This handsome example is in showroom condition, and is equipped with vintage style nickel Waverly 16X1 tuners, and an opulent Cedar Creek deluxe hardshell case. A striking and versatile instrument from one of America's premier builders: one only, call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with medium gauge bronze strings. Action is adjusted to 4-5/64" at the 12th fret. The guitar will accommodate lighter strings, according to preference.
