Notes: Shelley Park's guitars have become prized on both sides of the Atlantic for their beauty, power and ultra-meticulous craftsmanship. A re-creation of the Favino "Petite Bouche", the Park Montmartre has extra depth and width, significantly larger than the Selmer, lending greater bass response and powerful projection. Immaculately constructed, this example is built with back, sides and neck of extravagantly figured Bigleaf maple, simply spectacular in its depth and intensity. With a soundboard of warmly ambered fine grained Sitka spruce, the guitar is notably light in weight; at just over 4lb it's elegantly balanced on the lap, and deeply resonant.

With its nimble 640mm scale, the guitar simply cruises through fast runs and stretch chords, with smooth low action over a gentle D profile neck. In 100% original condition, the guitar sports custom upgrades including engraved Waverly 16X1 tuners, and a Bigtone pickup with endpin jack. A side dot at the 10th fret has been moved to the 9th, to better accommodate North American players. Apart from a single incidental finish crack on the back bass lower bout, the guitar shows few signs of age or play altogether. A final touch is the lustrous curly Koa body binding, set handsomely against the deep curl of the maple body, and inlaid in the DR tailpiece as well.

Spectacular looks, inimitable performance: and your chance to jump the queue and bag a bargain besides. One only: call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with light gauge silvered steel strings, and will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference.

Case: Deluxe black Selmer style arched velour lined hardshell case.
