Notes: Master luthier Masaki Nishimura has been producing a world renowned lineup of handcrafted guitars from his workshop in Shibuya, Tokyo. Rarely seen on this side of the pond, his Aruba model is a tribute to the classic working guitar designed by Jimmy D'Aquisto for the great Jim Hall. With its slimmed depth 16" body, the guitar is a model of comfort, and its lavishly flamed laminate body is admirably resistant to feedback.

This fine example is in showroom condition, without playwear, and all original hardware, electronics, and true nitro 'Brownie Burst' finish. Smooth low action over fresh pro setup, easy C neck profile and detailed, vintage tone with the Westville Crest single coil prewar 'Charlie Christian' style blade pickup.

Setup: This instrument is strung with medium gauge (.012) nickel roundwound strings. The guitar will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference. String action is set at 4/64" to 5/64" at the 12th fret, with moderate relief for acoustic playing with medium strings. The action may be lowered or raised to your requirements with the adjustable bridge.
