Materials: Solid highly figured tiger maple top, sides and back; solid mahogany neck; solid ebony fingerboard; bound body and neck.

Hardware: 100% original nickel hardware, including Grover Rotomatic tuners; trapeze tailpiece; compensated rosewood bridge; PAF style humbucking pickup; figured maple pickguard; black barrel volume and tone knobs; adjustable truss rod.

Notes: Handbuilt in Kalamazoo by former Gibson artisans in the old Gibson plant, the Heritage H-575 features a 16" Florentine cutaway body, parallel bracing, and fast 24 3/4" scale. Unlike its Gibson counterpart, the H-575 is built with all solid tonewoods throughout, for lighter weight and greater resonance. A rare example of the single pickup version of the model, this handsome instrument was built with a solid flame maple neck as well, both features long unavailable on this popular guitar.

This striking guitar is built of extravagantly flamed tiger maple throughout, and at just 6lb, 9oz, it's nimbly balanced on the lap or the strap. Maintained in fine condition, the instrument is without cracks, pick, thumb or fingerboard wear, with plenty of room for adjustment on the solid rosewood bridge. Smooth low action over fine stainless steel fretwork, with a fresh high precision setup, and a gentle D profile neck that plays effortlessly. The solid tiger maple soundboard offers excellent sustain and feedback resistance, and the compact 16" body is easy to hold, and a joy to play.

The true vintage style nitro finish is all original, and without checking: apart from some lacquer lines along the peghead, the instrument shows few signs of age altogether. A rare bird, and one of the best buys in a true US built, hardworking gig guitar. One only: call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with medium gauge nickel flatwound strings. The guitar will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference. String action is set at 4/64" to 5/64" at the 12th fret, with moderate relief for acoustic playing with medium strings. The action may be lowered or raised to your requirements with the adjustable bridge.

Case: Deluxe black arched plush lined hardshell case.
